TSOTNE ZEDGINIDZE DEBUTS IN THE TONHALLE ZURICH
Tsotne Zedginidze Debuts in the Great Hall of the Tonhalle Zurich
“A grandiose piano talent,” as the Tagesspiegel described him on March 25, 2025, the young Georgian pianist and composer Tsotne Zedginidze made his highly anticipated debut on October 28, 2025, in the Great Hall of the Tonhalle Zurich — one of Europe’s most renowned concert venues.
His programme featured his own Impromptu, followed by Franz Schubert’s Sonata in A major D. 959 and Johannes Brahms’s Sonata No. 3 in F minor Op. 5. With exceptional sensitivity, depth, and artistic maturity far beyond his years, Tsotne captivated the audience and received long, heartfelt applause.
This memorable evening marked an important milestone in the artistic journey of Tsotne Zedginidze and reflected the Lisa Batiashvili Foundation’s dedication to discovering, supporting, and promoting extraordinary young musicians on the world’s most distinguished stages.
